Recall if you had a semen analysis after your vasectomy showing no sperm to confirm that you were sterile.
Then, contact your surgeon to have another semen analysis now to confirm that you are still sterile and that the two ends of the vas did not grow back, as they can rarely do.

It certainly is possible. The rate of early or delayed vasectomy failure is about 1 in 2,000. The longest time to failure in my experience has been 16 years
