Only a small amount of the ejaculate is from the testicles; the majority is from the prostate. However, after a vasectomy, there is a small amount of backpressure that occurs as a result of occluding the vas deferens. This is not an issue for the vast majority of patients, but it is for some. It usually resolves with time as your body adjusts. You might see your urologist as sometimes empiric antibiotics help.

One can experience epididymal congestion after a vasectomy, since the body has to establish homeostasis of sperm production and absorption. This process can take several months. Use of an anti-inflammatory can help, as can worm baths.

You may have an entity called chronic proststitis. See your urologist and he can look into that. In the meantime, try warm baths on a nightly basis and wearing a scrotal support daily.

That sensitivity is uncommon but real.
Rest assured it resolves over a couple of months in the majority of patients after vasectomy.

Your testicles are not suppose to be sore after two and a half months post vasectomy. There could be several reasons including infection, you need to be examined by your Surgeon for further treatment
